I saw this ad on a Web site and I found myself really confused, then annoyed, then appreciative of their marketing efforts that got me not only to stop and look at it, but let other people know it exists.
What … in the name of all that’s holy … does this have to do with anything? And are you basing your choice on this? Are you saying, “Man, you know, I’m really undecided about who I’m voting for, so I’m going to go with the guy LEAST likely to cheat on his wife now that I’ve seen this ad.”
I mean, I like “Cheaters” as much as the next trash TV junkie, but come on. Though I do have to admit the thought of Michelle Obama or Cindy McCain tear-streaked in a white van with Joey Greco calling Gomez to see if it’s time to move in is kind of appealing … I’d actually like to see that.
The company who created this one — SodaHead.com — bills itself as a place where you can create opinion polls in a “dynamic social community.” I could see myself having a great time with this one.
