“I saw it on Dateline or something.”
β€” my sister about a city’s “outrageous crime rate” and their “drug cartel” when I asked here where she got her information

    I can’t see the image . . . just a black box. Probably, my company’s filters.

They’re just quote marks. Nothing that really makes or breaks the post. It was a .png. Maybe that’s why. It’s not just a typical .jpg.

I take it you’re the smart one in the family.

I was gonna actually e-mail you the image, but I figured you’d check back. πŸ™‚

My sister’s very smart, actually. Almost done with her master’s and going for her doctorate.

Let’s just say what I lack in advanced academic degrees I’ve made up for in common sense and fearlessness.

My brother has a doctorate . . . and the common sense. I got the good looks.

We both scored in looks. My parents should high-five each other!

What if your family doesn’t score in looks or brains? πŸ˜‰

Your family scored in looks, BT. πŸ™‚

Does your sister wear dark sunglasses too?

  10. April 15, 2008 at 4:11 pm

She has giant Paris Hilton-like sunglasses. A picture of me hard at work is on my MySpace page, though. Without sunglasses.

    I don’t have your my space page . . .

Check the blogroll on the side. It’s locked down for various reasons, but there’s at least a default pic! If you have MySpace, you can be my friend and then according to Millennials, it’s all legitimate.

You DID score in looks . . . from the side anyway . . .

Thanks! πŸ™‚ That was the other night. I was intensely deep in work AT home. Breaking my “don’t work at home” rule. Sigh.
